Life. Is crazy.
I'm sick today.
I was in denial about it.
I didn't want it to ruin my evening with Bobby.
I feel mostly ok in the afternoons.
But tonight my nose won't quit running and my head feels like a balloon.
So I told him that I feel sick and that I hope he doesn't get sick because of me.
So far he feels okay.
I went shopping all day with Beth.
We went to a french cafe.
Outside there was a car with a bumper sticker.
It said "boycott france".
It's 1:44 AM and I'm still awake.
I should be in bed resting.
I'm considering calling off on Saturday.
I might call the doctor tomorrow to see if he can get me in.
I also have a lot of cookies to bake.
My nose is going to be all red and sore and dry.
That is gross.
I can't see Bobby if my nose is peeling off.
Ugh.
I need my hair trimmed.
I need to get rid of this stupid ass life-sized stuffed pegasus.
I should donate it to some cause.
I promise I'll return my library book tomorrow.

Unrelated, but this might be a bit of cheer for ya during this shitty time of year.
Not sure if you follow offseason baseball, but, the Tribe finalized the deal with Kerry Wood, giving us a great closer (finally, no more Borowski's or Wickman's.) They also traded Frankie Gutierrez for a bullpen pitcher, Joe Smith, a softish tossing sidearm delivering right hander. They also got a middle infield prospect in the trade, Valbuena something, guys got a good stick. Not gonna lie tho, I'm gonna miss Gutz.
Still having Kelly Shoppach and a ton of high upside LHP prospects as trade bait, we oughta come outta this offseason looking good!
Go Tribe! April can't get here fast enough.

Les, I'm relieved to find that you feel optimistic about all of the new guys. My friends and I are seriously sad to see gutz go... I'm glad we still have grady and cabrera for awhile. But I'm nervous for next season! Thanks for the info, you are my bball info go-to guy :) love you!
Girl- LOL. Ily. Thank you almost-doctor. I was actually going to consult you for advice today. And the pegasus is ALL YOURS.
I'm a perennial optimist, as long as Mark Shapiro is the GM and we have a good farm system, the Indians are always something to look forward to. How they perform isnt alwys up to expectations, but thats not always somethin they have control over. Injuries to Pronk, Jake Westbrook and V-Mart really derailed us last year. Not to mention a really poor start from Captain Cheeseburger Sabathia.
With the new guys they got in the OF Frankie G wont be missed so much. Moving him actually makes more room for our stud prospects like LaPorta and Michael Brantley. And it allows Frankie to move to his natural position on another team, which is centerfield. What he lacks in offense he makes up for in his huge defense. Hopefully he will be able to move to CF in Seattle and do well there.
Getting Valbuena will help us move Asdrubal to his natural position as well, short-stop. Reason being we can now move Jhonny Peralta to the hot corner now that The Chin is in Minnesota (I think) and we have a good 2b prospect that isnt named Josh Barfield.
Now if only we could get LeBron to play baseball. He'd prolly sign with the Evil Empire though.
